WEEZER donates track to help fight cancer

WEEZER are one of several acts taking part in a new "The Right Track: Tunes To TagerCancer" download series. Fans can download the track for a a minimum of .99, with proceeds going to aid research efforts into finding cures for rare and lesser known cancers. The first batch of tracks in the series also includes songs from WEEN, THE DONNAS and COWBOY JUNKIES.
